At Laces & Co., we want you to be completely happy with your order. Due to the nature of our products (edible goods), we have specific return rules to ensure the safety and quality of everything we send out.
Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery only for non-edible, unopened, and unused items (e.g. gift boxes, merchandise, accessories).

For food items, we unfortunately cannot accept returns due to health and safety regulations — unless the product is damaged, incorrect, or faulty.

If a return is approved (for eligible non-edible items or damaged orders), we will provide a prepaid return label.
