Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24.

Order placed after 2pm on a Friday will be sent out on Monday.

This service provides:

  • Next working day delivery aim (not guaranteed)

  • Full tracking from dispatch to delivery

  • SMS/email updates (where applicable)

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 business day.

  • Orders placed after 2PM will be processed the next working day.

  • We do not dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Time

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 aims to deliver the next working day, but please allow 1–2 working days for delivery, especially during peak periods (e.g. holidays, sales).

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total and delivery address.

  • Free shipping may be available on orders over a certain amount — see our homepage or promotions for current offers.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your Royal Mail tracking number. You can track your parcel via the Royal Mail tracking page.
